Fee Structures and Payment Options

In most cases we charge a flat rate, which includes legal representation for both the criminal case and the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety license issues whether it is challenging the revocation or assisting you in enrolling in the IDAP program. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis; the type of charge, the amount of time needed to investigate the case, and other case factors will be considered in setting the fee. We establish our fees up-front, so you will know from the outset exactly how much you are going to pay—no hidden costs or additional charges will ever be tacked on after the fact. We are the only criminal firm in Oklahoma that has a full-time private investigator on staff which is included in your fee and prevents having to hire one to investigate your case.

Payments may be made by cash, check, apple pay, or credit card. If you are not able to pay the fee in full after the initial consultation, a payment plan can be arranged.
