Question: How accurate are BAC blood tests in Oklahoma?

Answer: They’re arguably probably more accurate than breath and urine tests. I guess the accuracy again, is going to go back to whether the test was administered correctly, whether it was administered by someone who’s properly qualified to use it. But in theory the results, if done correctly, are probably going to be more accurate than any other way to test for BAC.
