During the Arraignment

At the arraignment, the judge will read out the DUI charges against you then will ask how you plead. You have three options: guilty, not guilty and no contest. If you plead either guilty or no contest, then you will be sentenced. If you plead not guilty, then you will be given a date for your next court hearing.
