  • Residents
  • Nurses
  • Aides to nurses
  • Lab Technicians
  • Radiologic Technicians
  • Chaplains
  • Hospital Volunteers
  • Medical Students
  • Ambulance attendants/operators
  • Paramedics
  • Emergency medical technicians
  • Members of hospital security forces
  • Any employee working for the health care facility or independent contractors
  • Members of hospital security forces

Penalties for This Crime
