
BRENDAN WILLOUGHBY

Brendan J. Willoughby has safeguarded our Constitutional rights both abroad and at home. Brendan served in the United States Marine Corps and graduated from the Advanced School of Infantry before attending college and Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Brendan is a member of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) and the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association (OCDLA). Brendan has completed training with NCDD on Gas Chromatography and Reverse Extrapolation which is the machine OSBI uses to test blood.
Prior to joining Hunsucker Legal Group, Brendan attended the University of Central Oklahoma and earned the prestigious Carl F. Reherman scholarship. Brendan demonstrated his academic prowess by earning his bachelors degree in a 2-year period. Further, Brendan maintained outstanding academic achievement, being on the President’s Honor roll from 2020 until his graduation in 2021.
While at Oklahoma City University School of Law, Brendan served as the Vice President of the Catholic Law Student Association and the 2nd Amendment Society. Brendan completed an externship in the District Attorney’s office of Oklahoma County, as well as an internship in the Office of the Public Defender. Brendan was selected to participate in the Presidential Management Fellows Program and served in the Office of General Counsel for the Export Import Bank of the United States, and worked in private criminal defense as a legal intern before joining the Hunsucker Legal Group.
In addition to teaching law in Oklahoma City High Schools, Brendan spends his free time helping others, He has volunteered teaching rifle marksmanship for Scouting America, completed successful fund raising for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and participated in Hot Dogs for the homeless. Brendan brings a gung-ho approach to his cases and draws upon life experience to facilitate the best outcomes in zero sum situations.
