Answer: What a modified license is, the person is actually having their driving privilege revoked by the state of Oklahoma, but that is then modified to allow them to operate a motor vehicle with an ignition interlock device installed. Some people might call it the “blow and go,” that’s a common term, where they have to blow in the ignition interlock device to get their car started and to periodically as they’re driving the device will ask them to blow a sample in to make sure the person is not intoxicated.
