Challenge the DPS Interlock Requirement in Oklahoma

Are you facing having to install an interlock on your vehicle for 18 months? Four Year? Five years?  If your Oklahoma driving privilege was revoked by the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety (DPS) for Driving Under the Influence or Actual Physical Control (DUI/APC) prior to November 1, 2019 and you have not reinstated prior to that date, there are significant law changes which may affect you.

If you have reinstated your driving privilege after November 1, 2019 or are wanting to reinstate your driving privilege as the revocation is over,  DPS will require you under the Erin Swezey Act  to have an ignition interlock device installed for an 18-month, 4-year, or 5-year period depending on the length of your revocation.
